Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Aisha Wong, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident wearing it every day. Each piece is carefully handmade, and we’re committed to making sure you have a great experience with us — even after your purchase.

1-Year Warranty

All our accessories come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Tarnishing or colour fading of metal parts,
  • Loose or fallen stones, and
  • Broken jewellery that can be repaired, if the damage is fixable.

Warranty Claim Options:

You may choose to:

  • Post the item back to us (shipping fees to be covered by the customer),
  • Drop it off at our HQ in Bukit Jalil, or
  • Bring it to our next pop-up event — check our Instagram page for upcoming locations and dates.

To make a claim:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +60193026225.
  2. Share your order number or proof of purchase, along with a photo or video showing the issue.
  3. If you made the purchase at one of our offline events, please mention the event name or location.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper storage.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn,
  • In its original packaging with tags still attached, and
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, reach out to us through WhatsApp. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved refunds will be provided as store credit, which you can use for your next purchase.

If an item you ordered is no longer in stock, you may choose to receive a replacement item of equal value or store credit.

Handmade Uniqueness

All our pieces are handmade with love. This means that small differences in texture, shape, size, or colour are natural and part of what makes each Aisha Wong piece beautiful and unique.

We reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
