Shipping policy

At Aisha Wong, we do our best to get your orders to you quickly and safely — whether you’re shopping from Malaysia or abroad.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak)
  • Singapore
  • Brunei
  • Thailand

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Order Processing

  • All paid orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Fees

Malaysia

  • West Malaysia: RM8
  • East Malaysia: RM15

Singapore: RM25
Brunei: RM90
Thailand: RM90

Complimentary Shipping (Malaysia Only)

Enjoy free shipping when your order total is:

  • RM120 and above for West Malaysia
  • RM150 and above for East Malaysia

During special promotions or sale events, the free shipping threshold may vary.

Delivery Options (Malaysia Only)

Standard Delivery

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 working days
  • Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 working days

Same-Day Delivery (Grab or Lalamove)
If you’re in the Klang Valley and need your order fast:

  1. Select “Self Pickup” at checkout.
  2. Message us via WhatsApp to arrange same-day delivery.
    (Charges will be based on the delivery service used.)

Self Pickup at HQ (Bukit Jalil)
Prefer to collect your order yourself?
Choose Self Pickup, and we’ll send detailed instructions via WhatsApp once your order is ready.
Pickup is contactless for safety and convenience.

Important Notes

  • Festive or Peak Seasons: Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, or Deepavali. We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks in advance during these times.
  • Delivery Validation: You may be asked to confirm receipt of your parcel. If the packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please inspect before accepting it.
  • Undeliverable Parcels: Once your parcel has been shipped, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. If your parcel cannot be delivered, please contact the courier directly using the information on their website.

International Shipping

For international orders, we use EasyParcel to ensure reliable and timely delivery. We’ll always choose the fastest available option for your destination.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order easily by:

  • Click the "Track My order" or you can find this link in our website footer.

Please note:

  • It may take a few hours for tracking info to appear after you receive the confirmation email. Please check your spam box. 
  • If you haven’t seen any updates within 7 working days, contact us via Whatsapp for assistance.
